Naser joined TransForce in December 2024 and has been a constant source of support ever since. Any time we call or text him to cover an assignment, we know we can count on him to help. His humility, gratitude, and willingness to step in have been invaluable, especially when it comes to covering flex assignments.
Outside of work, Naser enjoys spending time with his family and has a passion for soccer. His team-first mindset makes him an asset both on and off the road.
Congratulations to Sanford Alston for being selected as our South Region Driver of the Month. Sanford stands out for his safe driving, on-time deliveries, and exceptional professionalism. Mike has been with TransForce since September 2016 and has been on his current assignment since April 2021. Over the years, he has proven himself to be one of our most dependable and dedicated drivers. He rarely calls out, maintains excellent communication, and demonstrates leadership by supporting both clients and fellow drivers whenever issues arise.
Mike takes pride in his work, always approaches assignments with professionalism and a positive attitude, and consistently prioritizes safety. Whether adjusting to changing schedules, resolving on-site concerns, or stepping up to ensure operations run smoothly, Mike can always be counted on. His consistent performance, strong work ethic, and willingness to go above and beyond make him a true asset to our organization.
