This month, we’re celebrating four outstanding Drivers of the Month from across our regions. From decades of dedicated service to perfect safety records and leadership on and off the road, these drivers exemplify what it means to be part of the TransForce team.
Henry Guasp has been on assignment with Badger Meter through TransForce since April 2018 and has maintained an impressive perfect safety record with zero accidents throughout his assignment.
Henry is also a trusted leader among his fellow drivers. He regularly helps train new team members and serves as a key point of communication when questions or concerns arise.
His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence have earned him the respect of both his fellow drivers and the leadership team at Badger Meter.
Bridget Ramsey has been a valued member of the TransForce Greensboro team since July 2019, consistently demonstrating dedication, professionalism, and a strong commitment to both TransForce and our customers.
Bridget has been assigned to Cranston Trucking since joining TransForce. She began as a CDL Class A driver while also providing part-time administrative support before transitioning into a full-time Administrative and Dispatch role.
Today, Bridget continues to take on additional responsibilities, including conducting road tests for new drivers and leading safety orientation and training for drivers on their first day. Her willingness to step up, support her team, and help prepare new drivers for success demonstrates the leadership and dedication that make her so deserving of this recognition.
Theo Nelson has been a dedicated member of the TransForce team since 2020, working exclusively with RTR Inc. in Charleston, South Carolina, where he moves containers safely and efficiently.
Theo consistently demonstrates an exceptional work ethic, maintaining a demanding six-day-per-week schedule and embracing his early 5:00 a.m. starts with a positive attitude. His commitment to safety is evident in everything he does, along with his excellent communication and reliability.
Beyond his performance on the job, Theo is a trusted resource for his fellow drivers and is always willing to help others succeed. His leadership, professionalism, and commitment to building positive relationships make him an invaluable member of our Charleston team.
North Region: Robert Cutlip
Robert Cutlip has been a dedicated member of the TransForce team for more than two decades. Throughout his time with us, Robert has demonstrated exceptional professionalism, dependability, and a strong commitment to safety on the road.
For nearly 10 years, Robert has been assigned to one of our largest clients, consistently upholding the highest standards of service. In an industry where drivers often move between opportunities, Robert’s longstanding commitment to TransForce is an achievement worth celebrating.
We appreciate Robert’s many contributions over the years and the positive way he represents TransForce each and every day.
