Here are our March Driver of the Month honorees by region.
April Debski has been with us since 2025 at our client, Nevoya. Our client shared that April has done everything asked of her since she started. She has helped train new drivers, road test drivers, and become a go-to in the area.
April shows up on time every day, leads by example, and continues to go above and beyond whenever she is called upon. In addition to her work with Nevoya, she also takes on travel assignments when needed.
April has made a strong impact in a short time, and we appreciate everything she brings to the team.
Ruben Gonzales joined TransForce in August 2025, starting with several flex assignments. Through his strong performance and reliability, he quickly earned a long-term, full-time assignment with one of our clients in the Bridgeview, Illinois area.
Ruben consistently demonstrates what it means to be a top driver. He is reliable, dependable, safety-focused, and courteous. He is always willing to go the extra mile.
His positive attitude and professionalism make him a pleasure to work with, and he handles every situation with calm and confidence.
Luis Lorenzo is our Driver of the Month in the South. As a veteran, Luis left the military unsure of his next chapter before enrolling in the Troops into Transportation program. That decision led him to TransForce, where he started as an OTR flatbed driver with Standard Logistics.
When the opportunity became available, he transitioned into a local role and has been on his current account since 2022.
Beyond his driving responsibilities, Luis supports new team members through onboarding and mentorship. His willingness to help others reflects his leadership and team-first mindset.
We appreciate Luis’s positive attitude, strong work ethic, and continued dedication.
Willie Patton has been a TransForce employee for nine years and has worked on the same dedicated account for his entire time with us. That level of commitment speaks volumes about who he is.
Willie is known for his professionalism, reliability, and team spirit. He consistently works hard to get the job done and has often taken on demanding schedules to support the team.
He trains new drivers and serves as a valuable voice for others on the account. His attention to detail and focus on safety help protect not just himself, but everyone around him.
