We’re excited to announce that Roberto Zacarias has been selected as our West Region Driver of the Month!
Roberto is a pleasure to work with and consistently demonstrates a positive attitude and a strong commitment to excellence. He approaches work with enthusiasm, especially when it comes to special projects, and his proactive mindset truly sets him apart.
From Tania in the Safety Department at ADP Express: Recently, Roberto noticed a trailer with worn tires and immediately took action, contacting the safety team and providing detailed photos to ensure the issue was addressed promptly. This is just one example of his exceptional vigilance and dedication to safety.
We’re proud to shine a spotlight on Jairo Cruz, a standout driver who has been part of the TransForce family since August 2016. Jairo has been on assignment with Triple Crown since August 2023, and during this time, he has consistently demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and dedication.
As a single father raising an amazing young lady, Jairo balances his personal responsibilities with an unwavering commitment to his work. His performance has been nothing short of exceptional. We’ve received only positive feedback from local managers, and there have been no issues reported during his time at Triple Crown.
Jairo’s dedication runs so deep that the team often has to remind him to take his well-earned vacation time. His work ethic and positive attitude make him an invaluable part of our Kansas market team, and we are truly lucky to have him.
Randall rejoined the TransForce team in August 2024 and has been an outstanding example of flexibility and commitment ever since. During his time on various flex assignments, he has seamlessly adapted to a wide range of roles, including yard switching, dry van, and box truck operations, always stepping up where needed.
His positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to go the extra mile make him a valued member of the TransForce team and a well-deserving nominee for Driver of the Month.
Abdul has consistently exemplified excellence in his role as a driver and has become the go-to choice for representing TransForce with new clients. His professionalism, reliability, and positive attitude leave a lasting impression, helping us build and maintain strong client relationships.
