West Region
Jose Duran has been on assignment with OA Logistics through TransForce since December 2022 and has maintained a perfect safety record with zero accidents during that time. A trusted leader among our drivers, Jose regularly helps train new team members and serves as a key point of communication whenever questions or concerns arise.
His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence have earned the respect of both his fellow drivers and the leadership team at OA Logistics, making him an invaluable member of the team.
Central Region: Willie Smith
Willie Smith consistently demonstrates what it means to be a true professional behind the wheel. His dedication to safety, reliability, and exceptional customer service has made him an invaluable member of the TransForce team.
Known for his attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and ability to navigate challenging routes with confidence, Willie approaches every assignment with professionalism and pride. His positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to go above and beyond have earned the respect of both his colleagues and the client he supports.
Beyond his driving skills, Willie is recognized for his outstanding communication and teamwork. He consistently represents TransForce with integrity and serves as a role model for those around him, making him a well-deserving recipient of this recognition.
South Region: Alexandria “Al” Piscatelli
Al Piscatelli has been a dedicated member of the TransForce team since 2018, consistently demonstrating professionalism, reliability, and a strong commitment to excellence. Throughout his tenure, Al has successfully supported both flexible and dedicated assignments, proving himself to be a dependable driver in every role.
Al takes great pride in representing TransForce and approaches every assignment with a positive attitude and outstanding work ethic. His willingness to go above and beyond has made him a valued member of the team and a trusted partner for both coworkers and customers.
Outside of work, Al enjoys traveling and experiencing different cultures, reflecting his appreciation for growth and new perspectives. We are proud to recognize his continued dedication and contributions to TransForce.
North Region: Eric Mathias
Eric Mathias has been a valued member of the TransForce team for more than six years and supports one of the company’s largest dedicated accounts. Throughout his time with TransForce, Eric has consistently demonstrated the reliability, professionalism, and safety-focused mindset that define an outstanding driver.
Known for his positive attitude and dependable work ethic, Eric is someone both TransForce staff and the client can count on. He consistently shows up ready to work, communicates professionally, and is always willing to do what’s asked of him without hesitation.
Eric’s commitment to excellence and his unwavering reliability have made him an important part of the team. We are grateful for everything he does and are proud to recognize him as our North Region Driver of the Month.
