These drivers consistently represent TransForce with excellence and make a positive impact on our clients, fellow drivers, and communities.

West Region: Henry Gusap

Henry Guasp has been on assignment with Badger Meter through TransForce since April 2018 and has maintained a perfect safety record with zero accidents during that time.

He is a trusted leader among our drivers, regularly helping train new team members and serving as a key point of communication when concerns arise.

Henry’s professionalism, reliability, and commitment to excellence have earned him the respect of both his fellow drivers and the leadership team at Badger Meter.

Central Region: Naser Bayazidi

Naser has worked for TransForce since December 2024 and comes with a strong track record of safety, punctuality, and dedication. He consistently prioritizes safe driving practices, maintains compliance, and demonstrates professionalism on every assignment.

Naser is known by clients for being on time, reliable, and ensuring routes and deliveries are completed efficiently without compromising safety standards.

In addition, Naser is always willing to put in extra effort when needed, whether that means taking on additional responsibilities, helping team members, or adapting to challenging situations such as last-minute callouts.

Because of Naser’s work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence, he is a valuable asset to any operation and especially the NAS team here at TransForce.

South Region: Randall Willman

Randall Willman has been a great worker and team player for TransForce. He has covered every assignment given to him, including weekends when needed.

Clients have also given high praise for the way Randall works and carries himself. His willingness to step up, support operations, and represent TransForce professionally has made him a valued member of the team.

North Region: Gary Watson

Gary has been a valued member of our team since 2024 and has consistently demonstrated exceptional professionalism, reliability, and dedication while supporting the same client throughout his tenure.

His performance has earned outstanding feedback from the client, and despite working under three different managers during this time, each has expressed high praise for his contributions and work ethic.

Beyond excelling in his day-to-day responsibilities, Gary has played a key role in strengthening our relationship with the client. He has helped train client employees, served as a trusted resource, and consistently represented our organization in a positive and professional manner.

His efforts have contributed to additional business opportunities and have helped establish a strong reputation for our team within the client’s organization.
