June 2025 Drivers of the Month

Each month, we celebrate four exceptional drivers across our regions who set the bar high and represent what TransForce is all about. Join us in congratulating our June 2025 Drivers of the Month:

West Region: Randy Warren

Randy Warren is nominated as TransForce’s Driver of the Month for the West in recognition of his outstanding performance, dedication, and professionalism.

Our client shared the following feedback: “Randy’s been helping with my account now for four years and he’s done a great job. Randy is very dependable and reliable. Not one time in those four years has he ever called out on a route he was dispatched on. I can always count on him to step up and cover routes at any last minute- and always with a smile on his face. He’s a great asset to our team and we’re very thankful for Randy.”

Randy’s consistent commitment to excellence and willingness to go above and beyond make him a standout among his peers. His reliability and positive attitude reflect the core values of TransForce and set a strong example for all drivers.

Central Region: Carlysia Addie

Carlysia is always our go-to girl. Whenever we need a route covered, she’s the first to raise her hand. Her reliability, positive attitude, and willingness to help wherever needed make her an incredible asset to our team. She shows up every day ready to work: on time, professional, and focused. Her strong work ethic doesn’t go unnoticed, and it’s no surprise that our customers consistently request to have her back. They know what we know: Carlysia delivers excellence.

South Region: Isiah Richardson

Isiah’s reliability, professionalism, and positive attitude have made him a standout among our drivers and a favorite with our customers. In fact, his reputation is so strong that clients often “fight” over the opportunity to have him on their team. Wherever he’s assigned, Isiah consistently goes above and beyond, making a lasting impression with both his work ethic and his attitude. He’s someone we know we can count on, and so do our clients.

We’re proud to name Isiah as TransForce’s Driver of the Month for the South region. Thank you, Isiah, for representing TransForce with excellence and for making every assignment a success.

North Region: Joseph Mitchell

Joe has been with TransForce, primarily since 2015. He brings a can-do attitude to every assignment and is always willing to step in where needed. Whether he’s helping new drivers get started or supporting new accounts with a strong first impression, Joe consistently goes above and beyond. His great personality and infectious laugh make him a joy to work with. He’s a true asset to our team, and I look forward to working with him for another 10 years.
