These individuals set the standard for safety, reliability, teamwork, and dedication — the qualities that keep our customers moving and help define what it means to be part of the TransForce family.

For November, we are proud to celebrate four outstanding drivers from across our regions. Please join us in congratulating them for their exceptional performance and contributions.

West Region: Derron Johnson

We are excited to recognize Derron Johnson as our West Region Driver of the Month!

Along with being an exceptional driver, Derron is the go-to trainer for our Osterkamp facility in Richmond, CA. He works closely with all new drivers, ensuring they are properly trained in everything from load securement to ELD log usage. Derron also administers Smith System training, certifying drivers in critical safety protocols.

Beyond his work on the road and in training, Derron provides vital support to the Richmond office team — assisting with administrative tasks, coaching shuttle drivers and laborers, and serving as a trusted resource for both colleagues and management. His knowledge, leadership, and steady presence make him an invaluable member of the team.

Central Region: Justin Rimmer

We are proud to nominate Justin Rimmer as our Central Region Driver of the Month.

Justin consistently demonstrates exceptional professionalism and an unwavering commitment to safety and service. His strong performance is reflected in every aspect of his work, including:

• Safety Excellence: Maintains a spotless safety record and follows all company and DOT regulations.

• Customer Service: Regularly receives praise for his courteous manner and timely deliveries.

• Reliability: Always punctual, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile to keep freight moving.

• Team Spirit: Communicates proactively with dispatch and supports fellow drivers whenever needed.

South Region: Jerry Robertson

We are thrilled to recognize Jerry Robertson as a South Region Driver of the Month.

Jerry has been one of the best drivers our team has had the pleasure of working with. His relationship with TransForce dates back to 2008, and since his most recent rehire in 2016, he has supported every major account as needed. His experience includes part-time work with Ferguson for more than three years and contributions to six different Penske accounts.

Jerry’s professionalism, flexibility, and willingness to jump in wherever needed have made him our long-standing “Go-To, First Serve” driver across multiple assignments. His dedication and positive attitude continually elevate our service and strengthen our partnerships.

North Region: Eugene Harris

We are proud to recognize Eugene Harris as our North Region Driver of the Month!

Eugene has been a valued part of the TransForce team since 2019, supporting customers across a wide variety of routes and assignments. His reliability, adaptability, and consistent professionalism make him someone our teams — and our customers — can always count on.

No matter the assignment, Eugene brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic to everything he does. Outside of his driving talent, Eugene is also a gifted musician who channels creativity and passion into his art. Check out his music here.
