For December, we are proud to spotlight four drivers who truly set the standard across their regions.

West Region: Satnam Bains
We’re excited to announce that Satnam Bains has been selected as our West Region Driver of the Month.
Satnam has been with TransForce since 2016 and currently supports our dedicated client, OA Logistics. Over the years, he has grown into a true customer favorite and a go-to driver for his team. His consistency, reliability, and positive attitude make a meaningful impact every day.

Central Region: Tracey Russell
Tracey Russell has been a valued part of the TransForce team since 2015 and continues to set the standard for professionalism and safety.
As a current driver supporting our client at Universal Logistics, Tracey consistently demonstrates exceptional awareness behind the wheel, where safety, focus, and responsibility matter most. Universal provides weekly safety and camera reports, and Tracey has never appeared on them for speeding or driving concerns, which speaks volumes about his commitment to doing the job the right way.
His dedication to safe driving and dependable performance makes him a strong and deserving candidate for Driver of the Month. We’re proud to recognize Tracey for his continued excellence.
South Region: Kacey Bacon
We’re proud to recognize Kacey Bacon as our South Region Driver of the Month.
Kacey has been with TransForce for almost a year and has maintained perfect attendance throughout that time, which speaks volumes about his reliability and commitment. He consistently demonstrates professionalism on every assignment and brings a strong focus on safety, teamwork, and doing the job right.
Kacey is known for showing up prepared, staying dependable under pressure, and being someone both clients and teammates can count on. Thank you, Kacey, for your dedication and hard work. We truly appreciate everything you do and are grateful to have you as part of the TransForce team.
North Region: Robert Miller
Robert Miller has worked for TransForce several times, starting back in 2013, and continues to be a standout driver thanks to his reliability, professionalism, and positive attitude.
Robert always arrives on time, follows all driving protocols, and treats both customers and colleagues with respect. He handles challenges calmly and professionally and often goes above and beyond to ensure routes run smoothly.
One recent example of his dedication speaks volumes. On Christmas, Robert volunteered to work for 45 minutes, even though he was not asked, to help unload a truck for the 3PL they use. His actions ensured another driver did not have to wait until the next day to unload. His strong work ethic and selfless attitude make him a role model for others and a truly deserving candidate for this recognition.
