ALEXANDRIA, VA – TransForce Group announced that they have added two new leaders to their sales team. John Gleason joins as Chief Revenue Officer and Theresa Russel is named SVP, Inside Sales & Sales Enablement. Both of these roles are newly created by the company.
Gleason comes to TransForce Group from Ryder System, Inc. where he most recently served as Chief Sales Officer. With the company for more than 12 years, John was responsible for the strategy and execution of all sales activities for more than 650 sales associates, over three division and international operations. John has also held the Chief Sales Officer role at ADP, a technology platform for payroll services, and has served as SVP, Sales for ADP Dealer Services, a SaaS company for auto-manufacturers. As Chief Revenue Officer of TransForce Group, he will oversee Customer Success, Field Sales, Business Development, Inside Sales and Sales Enablement.
Theresa Russel comes to TransForce Group as SVP, Inside Sales and Sales Enablement, where she will be a key member of Gleason's sales leadership team. Russel was most recently with Dealer Socket where she led their North American Sales Enablement and Sales Development Teams. Prior to Dealer Socket, she led the Major Market Inside Sales Team for Ultimate Software in North America, and served as the VP of Learning and Performance for CDK Global, formerly ADP Dealer Services. Russel led the development and delivery of innovative and transformational learning for over 26,000 clients and 8,000 associates globally, and has consistently delivered double-digit sales growth in every role she held. In her new position she will apply her knowledge to align and empower theTransForce sales team.
